Registration

Registration fees are as follows:

Student: 465 €
Full 1: 590 €
Full 2: 660 €
Full 3: 715 €


Accompanying person: 235€ - 280€ - 300€ - 340€ respectively for Student, Full 1, Full 2 and Full 3 type registrations.

The registration fees (also for the accompanying person) include accomodation ( Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights ) with breakfast, airport transfers at the beginning and at the end of the conference, excursion to the ancient Greek city of Ephesus and the National Park Beach, welcome dinner, conference banquet, lunches, tea and coffee during the day, using of the conference facilities and LNCS proceedings for every participant.

Note that all meals are covered except one dinner which is left to participants.

Those who are registered as student will be accommodated at the Nesin Mathematics Village (conference center) in double rooms.

Full registrations include accommodation in the village of Şirince (1km from The Nesin Mathematics Village) in small pensions of three different comfort levels. Please kindly note that there is no big hotel in Şirince, and thus participants' rooms will be reserved by the Organisation Committee depending on the registration type chosen (i.e. Full 1, Full 2, Full 3). The reservations will then be confirmed to the participants with detailed information.

Registration without accomodation is also possible. The corresponding fee is 250€. It includes everything covered by a regular registration except the accomodation (with breakfast) and the airport transfer.

After the early registration deadline, 100€ will be added to the fees (for each participant and each accompanying person). Children under 7 stay free. Please note that after May 22, no refund is possible.
